It's one of the most highly rated cars EVER. Reviews for it's performance are raves. So well regarded is for Toyotas. Carnet just reviewed the Evo X and concluded that "it is quite simply without equal." During their hard driving test of the Evo X, Top Gear said. "There is no car that handles like the Evo; it's quite astounding." I guess they "regarded it well! Pure Beauty and Soul. *What a georgeous car. Pretty car. Let us know when you get one! Will it be soon? What are driving now? RB |

I was a passenger in one a few times some years ago. Some people brag about "new car smell", being in this was more like being in a clean tack room. Hand finished burled walnut....leather.... just beautiful inside and out. I think top speed was about 95, but that was a bonus, you just wanted the ride to last forever... Were you in the hardtop or the opentop version? Both look nice, but the opentop looks utterly magnificant! I bet that Bob just thinks that they look old-fashioned. Would I prefer to be a passenger in a Bently Mark VI or the driver of an Evo? I know which I would choose. Bob? regards Donal -- |

The choice is between a Bently Mark VI and and Evo. You reveal your character by choosing the Evo. Cruising.... Hard driving... looking at... standing beside sitting in... smelling... feeling.... touching, ..... even just touching the door handle ... of a Bently Mark VI...... You can take a man out of the bog, but you cannot take the bog out of the man. Regards Donal -- |

![]() You reveal your character by choosing the Evo. Someone who loves driving most of all. The same type of person who prefers a Miata to a Z4 or a Lotus Elise over a BMW 335i. Or a 135i over a Infiniti G35s. Donal, you need many more lessons before you'll understand what a specialty car is and the kind of person who buys one. It's about handling refinement, feedback and balance. It's not about raw power. That's why the poor DB9 trails most serious sports cars in every respect important to driving. And that's why a Evo X bests the Aston in many respects on handling finesse and why the GT-R bests in EVERY respect. The Aston is a AMC Gremlin compared to the DB9. And before you say anything more to wet your own bed, consider that the GT-R is capable of 0-60 in 3.3 seconds and can handle a skidpad WELL over a full G. It handles even better than the Evo X. No car made today can touch it. And guess what? The build quality is higher than the DB9. RB |
