It has little to do with government doing a better job than private
industry... it has a lot more to do with greed. Over the last 30
years, the oil companies have steadily decreased the number of
refineries and their profits have, therefore, soared.....

When fuel is significantly cheaper in economic back waters like
Russia, Cuba, Taiwan, and Puerto Rico.... it is pretty clear something
is not on the up-and-up.....

You are right in this, as Dated Brent seems to be $12/barrel more than
the US. Could be the Saudi are shipping cheap to the US for the 5th
Fleet support?

No reason the world pays $124/barrel and the US pays $112.
