They've purposely destroyed their entire environment just so their people could live like kings and queens. It's phenomenally short-sighted to think drilling locally is a good idea, it's not. ?Given the rapidly declining oil reserves world-wide it's FAR BETTER to buy oil from overseas NOW and bleed them dry. ?Sure, you boost their local economies, but that'll crash and burn HARD once their oil runs out. ?By then we'll have engineered our own superior solutions and continue to march forward. There is mounting concern that many of the countries who sell us oil but hate our guts (and there's a long list) may be stockpiling cash for a financial assault on the American economy. Think of the damage that even a 100 billion dollars, used without regard to whether it would ever be recovered, could do to the US securities market.....the chain reaction throughout the economy could be catastrophic. The people who hate our guts know that trying to bring America down by defeating the military is almost impossible....but destroying the country by first destroying the economy is a little more doable. Japanese have been trying it for years. You think our multinational corporations and hedge fund managers need help in destroying this country? Yup, the unions are leading the way. Playing zell miller again, eh? Whatever ever happened to that lunatic, anyway? Was he committed somewhere? You are the lunatic these days. It's best to ignore him. I know his moronic posts make that hard to do but how else will he go away and take his puppy Donnie with him? =dk |
