They like working on plans but nobody seems to have a plan about how we will get the Chinese to stop burning coal or how we stop people from clearing virgin forests and grasslands for agriculture. It certainly is not that Al Gore carbon credit scam. |

Scientists are investigating possible causes of the perceived problem and possible solutions and remedies to those possible causes. It's not as easy as getting Hillery elected, you know. Your answer is the standard knee jerk "look like we are doing something at great expense even if it has no effect at all". I only have to point to the other socialist "wars", like the war on poverty or the war on drugs. Spent hundreds of billions to make things worse. |
