Default Gulf Coast Oyster Report

Oyster are a nice size. Very salty this year due to the storms and salt
ware flooding. I guess, Saltiest Ive had. They are still a little thin
and need to fatten up a bit. Lots of sea water but lacking in food I
guess.

However by Christmas they will be very Phat meaty and salty. A perfect
Oyster IMO.

Todays oysters are excellent fried, a bit watery on the half shell
with beer or Rum. Will make a moist stuffing.

Will have to stop at Rosies in the AM and pick up another sack, as we
raided the only sack we had. 1 block walk from the redfish resturant
dock in Kemah.

Will have perfect sailing weather tommorow. Nice strong sea breeze from
10 am to 16.30 se 15 to 25 kts. Going top sail the kemak triangle in
the bay then anchor up off redfish island in Galveston bay for food and
fun.

Kicking off early.. Yall have a fun T-day now!

Joe
