Now, having said that, have a collision ..... was your engine running? Was
it
immediately available for use? Could it's use have changed the outcome?
Should
you have made use of it?....

I would imagine the same rule should apply as the reefing rule....if you
think maybe, then do it or it will be too late....

Good advice. The way I put it ... "If you start wondering if you should
possibly be doing something, you probably should have all ready done it."
