Hahahaha! There are a couple of those around town and they have normal
tails...must be some wierd haircut!

There's nothing wrong with that Portuguese water dog...they shave the tail
and leave the frond on the end just like standard poodles have a po,...if we
let Chopper's hair grow too long, he begins to look like a PWD except he's
twice as big...they are great boat dogs...there are a couple of them at the
yacht club...friendly, smart and obediant...they use the frond on their tail
as a rudder when they swim...if you let their whole tail grow out, they'd
sink from the weight...
