steadily improved during highway driving to more than 50 mpg. The

the Prius can shut off its gasoline engine much of the time and operate
silently in electric mode using stored energy from the battery. For
this reason, city mileage really is often better than highway mileage.

It's probably one of the few things driving sales of those vehicles. Bush
would be spanked by Detroit's lobbyists if he didn't veto a bill which
eliminated the tax incentive.

My guess is he only changed 3 words in his Guzzi "Desmo cut and paste. Like
Harry when caught he pretends he doesn't read the posts. Maybe you are in

My guess is the reason you didn't "hear" about it was because it was your
guy who was allowing the tax incentive. It has been a silly counter
productive tax incentive for many years before Bush became president. Now
that Bush has not overturned the tax incentive, it makes for good political
fodder.

If you really want to make improvements in our system, you need to be just
as critical when it is your guy in office.

Yes, if you did not know about the tax loophole when Clinton was in office,
then you were blind. It was discussed for years before Bush took office.
