It would be more acceptable if these contracts were not handed out as
the spoils of war to friends of the politicians in charge. We've sort of
Saddamized the process, eh?

Maybe learned from your mentors, the Johnson's. Lady Bird owned a bunch of
Sea Land. And in 4 years, LBJ went from near bankrupt to $4mm++.
