They all have problems with substance abuse. If a family member or tribe member is a user, it affects all. So you just said that the "all have problems with substance abuse"...... That's what he said, however, he did not say "all" were users cause you are not really all that coy, we know where you are going with this... Who is "we", you and your jawbone? |
