Did I say that? The indians on the reservations do have a big problem
with unemployment and substance abuse tho, just like everyone else who
lives off the welfare state.

So NOW everyone who is on welfare has "substance abuse". I really didn't
know you were as bigoted as John! But it's all coming together now!

Where did hesitate ALL had substance abuse use? They all have problems
with substance abuse. If a family member or tribe member is a user, it
affects all.
