So, what you are saying is that if Zimmerman didn't have a gun and asked the Martin "what are you doing here", and Martin had beat Zimmerman to death, that would have been ok because Zimmerman got out and asked him a question? Zimmerman had no business asking the kid "what are you doing here?" and the kid had no obligation to respond to such a question. Zimmerman is not in the law enforcement business. |
