That's nice. I guess we should all permanently carry our passports

involved in an accident. So, how does that work? If you can't prove
citizenship, to they kick you out unto the curb?

Why not carry passports? Europeans do it, and it hasn't killed any of
them. Hell, it might even reduce voter fraud. Oh, wait a minute,
liberals are in *favor* of voter fraud.

How do you propose low income people pay for the passport? They're not cheap
these days.

Yeah, we're in favor of voter fraud like what happened in 2000 in Florida?
right.

The same way they'll pay for health care.

You need to read some newspapers.

No.. They just treat you and bill me... The myth that folks without
insurance can't get treated here is just that. Of course if you are a
legal citizen you get a 24 thousand dollar bill like I just did...
Ah, so nothing has changed. To get back to Eddie's point about poor,
unemployed Mexicans coming here for health care, why would they? Mexico
*has* universal coverage.

You know, I haven't heard anyone say that you can't get treated here,
with or without insurance coverage. However, with or without coverage,
an illness is the number one cause of personal bankruptcy. Without
reform, health care is approaching 20% GDP. Our health care system is
broken, and needs help.
"Universal Coverage"? How long do they have to wait? Are the doctors as
qualified as they are here where you can get instant treatment, by the
best doctors?

Instant treatment my ass! They damned near killed me because I had to
wait until the next day to get an open operating room.

Gosh, one day. Some Canadians would think three months was a short
time.
--

John H

Bull****. Show me where a Canadian had to wait three months for a
critical treatment that needed to be done within 24 hours.

Fraud? Nope. Just a few mis counted votes, hanging chad and the fact
that Al gore kept demanding recounts until he was declared winner.

Please show me where any liberal EVER said that they were "in favor of

What the 'ell? What does he mean... "every time I go in to the ER "?
Just how often does he or his kids end up in the ER??

About 80% of illegal immigrants use the ER as their primary care
provider. You know, for the sniffles, for a common cold, for a
coughing infant, with fever, whatever.
It burdens the ERs with unnecessary treatments not to mention the high
cost since none of the users ever pay for ER visits.
The users of the ER know they will and have to be treated. Sure they
may wait a few hours, but since most don't work, or the mother is the
one who takes in the sick child, time is not important. This happens
at every county facility where large population of Mexicans live such
as LA, SF, SD, SJ, and smaller towns that line the border with Mexico.
I suppose they do not use their free health care because that would
mean having to travel back to Mexico which would mean having to cross
back north once again later. It's much easier, cheaper and quicker to
just go to the nearest ER and ask for treatment.
That's what my employees did over the years, so I speak from
experience.

Total fraud. Yet after Bush was elected by the Supreme Court, loyal
Americans accepted the result. We didn't question that Bush was the
president. After 9/11, Bush had something like 90% approval rating in the
polls. The vast majority of the world were sympathetic and supportive.
Instead of taking advantage of our remarkable position, Bush squandered it
in a war of choice. Tens of thousands died, and we're much worse off,
politically, financially, and morally.

Now, answer the question.
