Eisboch The Patriots were good enough to win without cheating. If you want to direct your anger towards someone, I think your man is Belichick. Have you become sensitive to Republican senators passing judgement on American's morals? You don't want to go there. Specter's "morals" had nothing to do with Belichick and everything to do with his relationship with cable companies and who butters the bread. Eisboch |

Eisboch I'm supposed to give a crap about professional football? Didn't ask you. I got a kick out of something. Believe it or not, I am really not a political hack and don't pay a lot of attention to the games that are played or the backroom deals. But over the years a few politicians have imprinted either a very positive or a very negative impression in my mind for one reason or another. Not all Dems are negative and not all Republicans are positive. But Specter has always impressed me as someone who takes care of Specter, first and foremost, and he's reinforcing that image again. Turns out, from listening to many of the comments coming from both sides of the political spectrum, my impression is not a unique one. The Dems are taking to him like a little kid used to take castor oil. Smells and tastes like crap, but overall, it's good for you. I guess. Eisboch |
