19 pps x 5 second = 95 pulses x .36 joules/pulse = 34 joules EVERY time
you press the trigger for 5 seconds. Look closely and time the number of
times the lady in the SUV was jolted when she was laying stunned on the
ground. How many joules of shock was she subjected to...150? That's
only 5 jerks on the trigger in 25 seconds.


This is from the specs on a Philips defibrillator machine used by
hospitals. For a patient to be a "50 ohm load", you'd probably have to
saturate him with salt water. Take 2 squares of aluminum foil the size
of defib pads and hook them to your ohmmeter. Try to get it to read LESS
than 5000 to 10000 ohms on your sweaty skin. As resistance increases,
the jolt delivered drops, dramatically. Even then, at much less than 150
joules, the dead body jumps right off the table!
