![]() It's okay for trips to the A&P, but a real car it aint. I drive it to King Kullen. It's not a real car, it's economical transportation. It does not enter into the realm of motoring. But neither does any Subaru product. After 300 miles, absolutly thrilled with our new Forester. Drove all the competitors in the same class, and without a doubt, it is the best handling unit of the bunch. Frank |

After 300 miles, absolutly thrilled with our new Forester. Drove all
the competitors in the same class, and without a doubt, it is the best handling unit of the bunch. It's a great car and far nicer than anything like a poor Corolla. The Forester also has a proper 5 star crash rating, AWD and it's a real car. Recently I was talking with someone about the old VW Dasher and what a tight good handling wagon they had. If VW had more vision they would have built the Forester. Along the same lines, AMC had the AWD Eagle and THAT was an early forester of sorts. Of course it took a Japanes company to get all working right. Bob, trying to prove to himself that his Corolla is a car to be mentioned alongside of a Legacy...or even the Impreza that he's somehow worried about....like bringing a Penguin to a gun fight. Enjoy the Forester! RB 35s5 NY |
