Jarlsberg is just a Norwegian version of ementaller, but far more popular, probably because of better marketing. Max |

We also noticed a paucity of some of the more esoteric grocery items while visiting NC. But since New Yorkers are moving there en masse, it won't be long before that situation is remedied. Max |
