Cheessee Oz

Spare us your comments. You've proven yourself a loser on two
continents, politically.

I hope this loss for the Democrate acts as a wake up call. They've gone
way to far to the left. I truly hope that the leaders, some how, pulls
the party back to a much more Moderate Stance.

For socialists like Oz, Ganz, and BBtheS only someone akin to Fidel Castro
or Leonid Brezhnev will do. For the rest of the democrat party, they would
be well-advised to seek a more centrist point of view, as you suggest. I
suspect yesterday's vote was, to some degree, a referrendum on this. Most
democrats aren't the rabid leftists that a few in this NG seem to be.

Ole Thom/ From the losers list

I feel left out, having been omitted from the either list. I've been rather
abrasive today in my posts. Perhaps I'll make one or the other list after
all.

You're really an idiot. Castro and Brezhnev are COMMUNISTS not
socialists. Sweden is pretty close to Russia. Maybe you were thinking
of them.

You've always been on the loser list. No need to be repetitive.

Nutsy,

I'd like to suggest that you, also Jon, take a look at a map of the
States that the Democrats didn't take.

The Big Red covered the south and Bible Belt Midwest. Then;

Check your history to see where the last two Democratic Presidents came
from. Even my old mind remembers. Arkansas Clinton; Georgia Carter.
Both rather conservative areas. In fact, only one Democrat President,
Kennedy wasn't from the South and he had the help of Watergate. The
other two, Johnson from Texas and Truman from Missouri. Most were middle
of the road guys

Now Nutsy & Jon if you would explain why the South and mid west needs to
have a greater Lefty-Liberal choice I'd be more than willing to listen.

The people are voting against their own best interest, in a large
measure because they are being hijacked by the mix of religion and
politics. Also, the average level of education is pretty low, not just
in the South. The combination of the two is deadly. Thus, we get Bush
for another term.

LOL...................... The uneducated inner city folk on the east and west
coasts voted for Kerry. The crowd that knows they get their entitlements when
a Democrat is in office.

Snap out of it Loco. California and NY swung hard for Kerry. Why? Because they
are the social and economic centers of the country. In NY you find tolerant
folks who aren't worked up over gay marriage, people who generally like medical
progress and a general understanding of the big picture. High population
density areas generally swing democratic because there's less hate.
The KKK States and counties voted for Bush. Look at the maps on CNN.com county
by county. Look to see where Kerry won in Florida or where Bush did well in PA.
This was old world religious mania vs. progressive science. You cast your vote
against gays, women, medical science and the environment. You also cast your
vote for war and national isolationism. You cast your vote for hate and
misguided patriotism.

I always said the Boob lives in a parallel universe. Nobody ever said
"tolerant folks" live in N.Y. In fact everybody says it's a tough place to
live because of the people. You are displaying that mind set that too many New
Yorkers have which thinks everything between the two coasts is a farm.

Peter,

There is a strange thing that happens in this Country every Election
Year.

It comes as a shock to New Yorkers, San Francisco, and Los Angeles that
they are not the United States. It really bothers them to learn that
they have to be submitted to the will of the rest of the Nation. They
have trouble understanding that they are only a part of the United
States of America and not that the USA is part of their domain.
