Indeed, Dave, I believe you are correct. I think Dow originally developed the stuff for Monsanto (which it then owned, probably still does) to use in the course of normal agriculture. I use the term "normal" very loosely here. Dow then licensed its' production to other companies, I think a bunch was made up here in Canada by CIL, then owned by ICE. Cheers Marty |
