I gather you missed the response to katysails regarding a "Grade A
Loon/Kook" using the moniker/handle "Ralphie" in the aviation news groups.
There are those who will "come screaming out of the wood work" to chastise
"Ralphie". Considering Capt Mooron's stated distaste of drawing/dealing with
Kooks/Loons/ETC., to avoid drawing said group by accident, please address me
as Ralph. Should you persist in addressing "Ralphie", I will not respond.
Perhaps he will.

As to the "Dodo Bird"; yes they were exterminated by sailors. Perhaps you
missed the inference, history is replete with those who are to
trusting/overconfident in their abilities to deal with the "Unknown" with
devastating results.

Can you disagree the old saw/adage; "There are old 1's & there are bold 1's,
but very few old bold 1's, is applicable to sailors as well as pilots?
