the US Constitution and laws, not deed restrictions.

Deed restrictions are based upon English Common Law and are addressed in the
US Constitution and laws.

You are confusing the freedom to practice your religion with enacting and
enforcing laws. One is a right granted by the US Constitution and the other
is a choice by the people.
