I do. The group you talk about is trying to assimilate a bunch of people
who are already living there. Ave Maria is yet to be built. Anybody who
lives there or works there knows the rules going in.

That is a terribly weak and specious argument.

This is merely an effort by well heeled religious zealots to try to
restrict the constitutional rights of the citizens of Naples and
Collier County. Those citizens, already property owners, do NOT as you
assert ".....know the rules going in." They will likely pay a large
price, in terms of taxation, to defend themselves against these
newcomers in order to protect their constitutional rights.

After having breakfast with some Catholic friends, to my surprise, I
find that there are a LOT of Catholics that don't see it your way.

I go to church with a lot of Catholics who love the idea of a Catholic
University and Catholic "town" so close to Naples.

My kids go to a Catholic elementary school that has some affiliations with
Ave Maria and Monaghan.

And "my" Catholic friends live in this region of Florida...not in the
Carolinas...so their opinion is more relevant.
