Chuck,
Everyone who has ever made a post concerning your fluff PR articles have
stated they understand they are PR fluff to sell ads. Even Harry and bass
understands that, why are you still denying the obvious.

I will let folks decide, for themselves, whether this particular bit
extracted from the rest of your easily disproven charges and "facts" is
any less BS than the others.

You're always welcome, at any time, to point out any technical
inaccuracies in something I post about a boat.

Yo Ho June 29th 05 09:18 PM

Harry,
You forgot to tell him about the 1.5 million you made on Microsoft stock.

Mr. Krause....does that also include atl_m who started the thread?

Nope, it does not. I'm not at all ashamed of what I do for a living.

HErtvik and several others here are embarrassed about what they do for a
living, and won't tell us.

My earned income comes from several sources: consulting contracts with
labor unions and affiliated organizations and speculation on improved and
unimproved "residential" real estate. I also earn a few bucks with an
occasional magazine piece on construction, especially as it relates to
skilled workers of the present or past.

I also have a journeyman's card in a skilled construction trade, but I'm
an inactive member of that particular union.

Harry,
I noticed that you did not disagree that with my statement that the articles
and reviews Chuck writes are fluff pieces so the magazine can sell the
builder ad space.

You don't speak for me, Smithers.

I read Chuck's pieces because he's a good writer and typically gets aboard
larger boats I'll never see but have a voyeur's interest in, as it were. I
learn a bit from Chuck's articles. If I wanted to buy one of the boats
he's discussed, I'd spend a considerable amount of time researching it,
and I'd arrange a factory visit. I did that with all the boats I've owned
in the last two decades.

One boat Chuck wrote about really interested me, the Camano 31, a
mini-trawler that can get up and move. His was the second article on the
boat I read, and his findings were similar to those of the other article.

I find it fascinating that you and several others here "knock" Chuck and
his articles, when there is no evidence that any of you are gainfully
employed in anything that does any good for anyone. Chuck's work makes me
smile. I have a feeling whatyou and Hertvik and several others do here
would make me puke.

Of course, what you fellows do for a living remains a state secret, right?

This morning, I noted that I recognized you with your 50th handle
immediately, because:

An asshole by any name still smells like ****.

That would be you, Smithers.

Sure you are, just as you are ashamed of what your wife does for a living
and had to fabricate a double doctorate degree story.

HErt and several others here are embarrassed about what they do for a

The president of the "Obsessed with JimH" club brings me into a discussion
with someone else once again. How cute.

Why should I be embarrassed about what I do for a living? It has provided
me with a great income and respect in my field.

And why should I tell you what I do? You and Chuck Gould are proven
internet stalkers and the more you know about someone the more you use it
against them.

How's the fishing lately Krause? I see John caught you in another big lie,
this time about a fishing trip you recently reported on (see the thread "25
fish later"). Using a sock puppet to support your lie and getting caught.
Sort of like when you did the same think with your imaginary custom made 36
foot lobster boat.

It must really suck being you Krause.

Yo Ho June 29th 05 09:34 PM

Harry,
No one believes any of your statements concerning your boats, your income,
what jobs you do or don't do, what your wife's profession is or what side of
the bed you wake up on.

Even Chuck knows all of your personal info is BS.

Which is why I don't either...though anybody with half a brain could figure
it out.....which excludes krause, kevin and co.

Harry,
Does your wife know you were so embarrassed about her being an on staff
social worker for the Bricklayers Union, you had to fabricate a story about
her being a MD with a PHD?

Why can't you accept her just the way she is?

How is disclosing what you do for a living going to reveal any personal
information about you? I mean, let's say you sold men's suits, an
honorable way to make a living. Why would your saying you are a clothier
tell us anything personal about you?

My guess is that you're just embarrassed by what you do. Or did.

How's the fishing lately Krause?

OK. That's all it ever is in Chesapeake Bay.

A sock puppet? I used my alternate email address, to leave Herring a clue.
The alternate email address I use here. If I were operating sub rosa, I
would have used a new email address. D'oh.

I trolled for a Herring fish and I caught one on the first sweep.

By the way, was your house designed by a committee? What is with that
garage treatment and the silly little gazebo on the other end?

I also never use foul language. I always thought it foul language made one

Use your real name and play like a nice boy, and you'll be treated the
same.
