Double standards Chuck? Me thinks so.

I remember you jumping on me for posting a similar juvenile picture, but one
not having any sexual connotations like this one does.

This picture and the post was a direct personal attack. But you find it a
"hoot" this time.....perhaps because it is directed towards me? Indeed.

Double standards.

OK. I speak up for JimH when its appropriate and all I get is more of
his sour crap. So I'm a slow learner. Let's put some actual humor into
this thread:

Here's a funny item. There happens to be a guy with a really similar
name, living in about the same area, who belongs to the "MOPED Army".
This other guy, with a really similar name and living in about the same
area must be quite the sight all suited up for "battle". Imagine a big
hurking midwestern adult perched knees akimbo atop a tiny little
motorbike, (Red Baron leather helmet and owl-eyed goggles strapped on),
whizzing around the cul-de-sac and shouting out the Moped Army's
slogan: "Swarm and Destroy!" That's darn nearly as funny a mental image
as (name deleted but old timers know who) in his bikini underwear (gag
me, yet again).

http://www.mopedarmy.com/resources/mod/boatnut/

If I were JimH, I'd track down this guy with a really similar name and
living in about the same area. Apparently he's fallen on hard times, is
resigning his commission in the Moped Army, and has been forced to put
his war horse up for sale. It might make sense to buy that thing, and
get the other JimH off the streets of (insert name of town here), just
to save whatever might be left of the family reputation.

"Swarm and Destroy", indeed.

You have officially joined the JimH stalking team. Congratulations. Harry

For your information that moped belonged to my son. He bought it with his

dealt with mopeds.

Get a life Chuck. Then find some higher moral standards to live by.

I did not post his home address. I did not stalk him to obtain that
information. I confronted him on several reviews and opinions he offered
here. If he chooses to offer boat reviews then he is subject to questions
and criticisms.

His retaliatory behavior, however, is certainly not acceptable and speaks
loudly of his personal ethics and morals.

He has now sunk to the same level as Harry Krause. Both are internet
stalkers. Both find it acceptable to post the name and address of NG
members they have a disagreement with.

Pathetic.

Make note: Dishes out all day everyday but hates to take it.
Make second note: Fails to recognize his son as a "guy with a really

Make third note: Apparently considers his typical behavior in the NG a
demonstration of a "higher moral standard"
Make fourth note: Follows his adversaries around the internet to make
snide personal remarks wherever he can, but considers viewing a
publicly available website where he has posted a Moped for sale
"stalking".

Conclusion: Just good old fashioned mean, and not so very bright.

Recommendation to "get a life": Whiz around on Moped, swarm and
destroy.

This really is turning into a funny thread. :-)

There's a guy with a really similar name, living in about the same

Army slogan is "Swarm and Destroy". I think the image of an adult
trying to ride a MOPED while shouting out "swarm and destroy" is pretty
funny, and this is supposed to be a humor thread- right?

As the link clearly discloses, the Moped belongs to Jim's son: A guy
with a really similar name and living in about the same location. :-)

I know where to find it, should I ever want it, but who would? Not like
I'm coming to visit anytime soon.

Your confrontations on my reviews and opinions are all
personality-based, not technical. You freely admitted you were not
familiar with the small Sea Ray I described, yet you characterized my
comments as so inaccurate that they were immoral. You're an ex-boater
who hovers around here hoping to take pot-shots at
people on your "list". If you want to challenge or confront people on
boating issues, stick to the issues and leave the personal remarks off
the table.

My "retaliatory" (very accurate choice of word, by the way) "behavior"
isn't intended to be something you would consider "acceptable". Duh----
that's why it really is "retaliatory".

You dish it out 24/7/365. Glad I could upset you just a bit by
returning the favor for a change. :-)

Yo Ho June 29th 05 04:06 PM

Chuck,
Since you and I know this is JimH let's remove that equation from the joke
(or is that the joke?). What is so funny about a guy trying to sell his
bike (or his son's bike) on a web site devoted to Mopeds?

Since I don't believe JimH made any statements concerning his "Harley" it
just doesn't really seem funny. Now if he was bragging about his Harley Hog
and you found this site, now that would be funny.

Is it possible you printed that link just so you could publish his home
phone number? That does seem like a low blow, don't you think?

Wow...a "boatnut" who lives in Avon Lake, Ohio, and drives to work on a
moped. Watch out, Chuck...he might accuse you of stalking him.

I'd think 'boatlessnut' would be a more appropriate handle for the Avon
Assassin.

Yo Ho June 29th 05 04:45 PM

Chuck,
I really didn't look at the details on the for sale too closely, since you
obviously did, how is someone who wants to buy the moped supposed to get in
contact with Jim.

JimH highlighted the fact that the authors of boating reviews and articles
in boating magazines have sold their soul to boat builders and suppliers.
That is a fact that is understood by all except a few newbie's. Your
excellent review of SeaRay boats should be read with that caveat understood.

One would not expect a used car salesman or a used boat broker to be honest,
but a newbie might expect a boating magazine to be honest. Jim's comment
was a public service.

And I did not post your home address, JimH.

Bull****. Don't spin out of this one Chuck.

You sunk to a new low. Whatever respect I once had for you is now totally
gone.

You are in the squid **** in the deepest depths of the ocean with Krause.

That's a hoot!

(But it woulda been just as funny, no, even funnier, if it wasn't
lobbed at a specific individual)

Double standards Chuck? Me thinks so.

I remember you jumping on me for posting a similar juvenile picture, but
one
not having any sexual connotations like this one does.

Bull****. I have never posted personal information about you.

You sunk to a new low just because I took you to task about a fluff boating
review you did. You got your shorts in a knot about it and decided to
retaliate by publishing personal information about me here in this NG.

You have not ethics or morals Chuck.

Are you for real?? JimH posted an e-mail address.
Remember 'boatlessnut'??

JimH highlighted the fact that the authors of boating reviews and articles
in boating magazines have sold their soul to boat builders and suppliers.
That is a fact that is understood by all except a few newbie's. Your
excellent review of SeaRay boats should be read with that caveat understood.

One would not expect a used car salesman or a used boat broker to be honest,
but a newbie might expect a boating magazine to be honest. Jim's comment
was a public service.

Wow. This is a gold mine.

First, you castigate me earlier in the thread for posting Jim's phone
number.
When challenged, you sheepishly admit that you didn't pay enough
attention to the site to determine whether Jim's phone number was
posted or not. (It wasn't)
At least you admit that you had no idea what you were rattling on
about.

You wind up by claiming that Jim's personal comments about me are a
"public service".

One would expect a self righteous hypocrite calling out somebody for
posting another's phone number to be "honest", don't you think? Just as
the false claim
"Gould promised to post the detailed layup schedule of the Sea Ray"
from a few days ago demonstrates, your skills in discussion and debate
are apparently so weak that you need to make up issues over which to
confront people. Changing your name every day isn't an effective
disguise.

Go ahead and dial "Jim's phone number" as you claim I disclosed it.
You'll hear Simon and Garfunkle on the line.....:The Sounds of Silence.

This picture and the post was a direct personal attack. But you find it a
"hoot" this time.....perhaps because it is directed towards me? Indeed.

Double standards.

I understand now.

Quit crying, and grow up.

Nope, it does not. I'm not at all ashamed of what I do for a living.

Harry
is president, you have now been officially elected VP. What's next, coming
to my house to spray paint it. Pathetic.

For your information that moped belonged to my son. He bought it with his
own money. I was selling it for him and that was one site that exclusively
dealt with mopeds.

Get a life Chuck. Then find some higher moral standards to live by.

Hmm, kind of like you and your **** buddy Fritz stalking ME??? Look at
any and every thread that I've posted to, and you two asswipes will be
there.

Yo Ho June 29th 05 05:38 PM

I am glad you did not challenge the fact that boat magazines and those that
write for them have sold their soul to boat builders and suppliers.

I'm a starter mechanic. I've run a starter and alternator shop for the
last 26 years.

Tim

harry is the one that should be ashamed of what he does for a
living.......sucking off of others labor via his union gig.

We've all seen what harry and his ilk do with personal information.......we
haven't found a need to lie about our lives like harry, kevin etc.

Hmm, like when you worked as an architect on Atlanta Hartsfield, liar?
