How long it runs depends on the Ah the battery delivers and the A the
motor needs. But with the same weight batteries and same powerful motor there is no difference if you use 24 or 12 V Matt Matt, for the most part I do agree with you. Usually, a 24v set up is wound for the higher voltage, and will be a slight bit more efficient on the wattage usage,then the 12v applications But in this type of application, I ageee that the benefit wouldn't even come close to weighing against the aformentioned disadvantages and costs.
