You waist of a human life. You really have no clue. lets take Budweiser
saying this buds for you. all the words are in the dictionary. the saying
this buds for you is not. it the property of Budweiser they have used it for
years in advertising campaigns. A flower shop opened in Texas had nothing
to do with beer. They called it this buds for you. Budweiser sued them for
using their intellectual property of the phrase. Budweiser won. This is
how you enforce a trade mark. You stupid waist of a human life. Keep going
around in circles . Sooner or later you will catch your tail.

Don't go a way mad just go away

For one thing it's a word in the dictionary. Which means you don't own

it.
Two it's not original. You also submitted the artwork as typed so that
limits you ability to enforce Taipan. Basically your screwed. With no
recourse at all. So basically you spent your $$$. Big deal, you just

have
a unenforceable mark. I never found a company that builds boats or boat
engines either. So what ever you think you got, good luck.

BTW don't slam the door when your glass house has a gapping crack.

As to Harry I really don't care what you think about him. So don't go

Also remember this. Clean environment means fewer health related

sickness.

Dear dear dear Jack you're a jealous little greeny weany aren't you??
As for your understandings of IP they're as faulty as all your others.

I hope you tell all the other US trade mark holders, indeed tell the
entire not insubstantial US IP industry your views, particularly Ford
will be very upset about their mustang, falcon, cobra, & so on & on &
on. Gee now there's something you might have done with your life Jack
save wasting it on your socialist crusades, you can advise people like
Ford, GM, Chrysler, Toyota & on & on & on related to these matters. Why
don't you start by infringing one of them just to prove your point I'll
watch with interest; damn your work will never be done.

Best regards,

He knows all that jack but he's a liar pure & simple denying what he's
(& a couple of others) have been privately told several times over many
years. But thanks for your effort & at least flushing him out (or down
as he should be). He's even looked up the same wrong stuff on Taipan

before.

As I said I like to keep my privacy also (I'm not Taipan Pacific & you
should need a Co register search to find Taipan Marine Pty Ltd).

Note never any independently verifiable material from him.

Thanks again.

What if the White House and Congress were to do something sensible,
positive, visionary, and good for everyone, instead of ... well, you
know, the opposite of all of the above, as they've been doing?

This appears to be Typical North American concept: If Things are Going
Well, it's "The government is interfering too much with our lives!", but
if something Goes Wrong, it's "Why doesn't the Government DO something??"

If you want "energy independance", start at home. The average home "on the
grid" uses about 1.2 kw average (ie 30 kw-hrs per day) (This is in BC,
Canada. Donno about the rest of N.A, but I suspect it's at least this
much). The average home that's "off the grid" (ie uses solar, wind, etc. to
power the house) the figure is closer to 500 Watts (less than half!).

And we won't even GO INTO the blatant over-use of automobiles!

If some idiot wanted to, tomorrow morning she could come out with a line
of Taipan Toilet Tissue, or open a funhouse in Vegas called the Mustang
Ranch where Cobra beer might be sold.

I agree with that & there are many registrations of it, 18 in the US
but many more in Aus, however only one in my classes.

Your stupid little registered trademark of "Taipan" for a non-existent
outboard motor that will never be sold in the United States (or anywhere
else) is not relevant.

Deary me; non existent?? you've seen the pics. Alas you are just a liar
who cannot substantiate any of your lies. The ones about your father are
particularly grievous, this is the stuff of school yard bullies but for
a senior person to besmirch his memory with your infantile lies is
disgraceful; you should be ashamed, but of course you're not.

Stupid name for an outboard, anyway. Why would you name a product you
want to sell after an obscure Australian poisonous snake? It's not as if
you have the money, style and panache of Ford Motor Company and can
actually market a product named after an animal.

No; but what can I tell ya, Ficht just wasn't available & now not even
the French want it:-)

Go back to scrubbing floors in the outhouse, Ms. Smith. That's where you
peter-principled.

That's the lying sexist Harry we all know & hate.
