You see it a lot different than I, but then again... Anyway, it's clear

the cop went to get out of his car and got his face smashed in the

medical report shows bruising around the face and head, and a smashed

eye socket.... There is proof according to the investigation that the

kids hand was probably on the weapon when it went off in the car, (skin

in the slide?). The kid ran out and the cop said stop, the kid turned

around and bum rushed the cop. The cop fired at center mass with the

first two going in the forward arm and hand, and entering the body, the

kid started falling as he was rushing forward which would account for

the shots (still at centermass) into the face, and the last one

entering the top of the head... the autopsy does not make

determinations, but it supports my theory as much as any other.. and

when you take into consideration the witnesses that were not involved in

the robbery and thugging, it all adds up... And as to your bs about "no

cop could feel threatened" yeah, a guy just beat the **** out of you,

reached for your gun, he's huge and he's coming back for another go at

you and you and your gun, but no, you won't feel threatened... You are

just a racist, and that's how you are gonna' see this case... Period...

Very plausible and well said.

There's something screwy about this whole incident but few facts are
known ... or have been released to the public.

A "gentle giant" typically doesn't rob from stores, shove a proprietor
half his size into display shelving and then, as he is leaving, turns to
approach the proprietor again in a menacing manner.

There have been some reports about finding pot in his systems. I don't
know if those reports have been confirmed. But if this "gentle giant"
was stealing a box of cigars to fill with PCP laced pot, it could
explain a bunch of things. From what I've read that combination of
drugs can result in a sense of invulnerability and power.

Given the emotion charged atmosphere surrounding this event, I have a
hunch we will never know the truth. It's going to get politically
controlled. The cop *has* to be charged or there will be riots that
will make the protests to date look like a community picnic.

Some video and pictures of the 'gentle giant'.

Let them riot, bring in force till they stop rioting and/or the locals

life and freedom are more important than those who would loot stores

Doesn't matter. Each shot is treated as a separate decision. From
the time the kid was 20' away, the cop was not in danger and his life
was not being threatened.

Any reasonable jury will find the cop guilty of murder, it's just a
matter of which flavor.

In this case, because he disengaged with the young man before firing
the kills shots, it could be considered premeditated and in the first
degree.
