I determined a long time ago that the best way to handle "Hank" and a
few others like "Hank" is to bozo bin them and be done with them. From
the few posts of "Hank" I've seen lately in posts where he is
"requoted," there seems to be nothing that indicates he can participate
here without name-calling and snottiness.
