He was describing liberals , Tim.

You know, "easy answers" like hope and change. A lot of them are still
chanting that bumper sticker slogan. Look where that's got them. Out of
work and sucking the Gubmint's teat; what's left of it, that is. Sad
thing is, it looks like it's going to continue another 4 years.

I think it's perfectly reasonable.

The best part?

No repeat offenders.

Even if you don't believe in Darwin there's a certain poetic justice
to it.

Armed with what? A pair of pliers? Did you even bother to read the
article or anything related before passing judgment?

Sheesh.

----------------------
The report said a knife. As to being shot. Did you go out late at
night
when you were 15, dressed in black with a black head covering? Looks
like a
duck, quacks like a duck, probably is a duck. Did not really need a
weapon,
but something shiny in the hands of a person dressed as a cat burglar
in the
middle of the night, should be assumed to be a weapon.

Assuming the worst, a 15 year old kid on the wrong path. Bet his
father wishes he never bought a gun. But you wouldn't know how that
feels, you're another compassionate conservative who cannot fathom
walking in another's shoes. Just like Mitt.

But the alleged passionate christian conservatives here think you should
be able to shoot and kill someone without any justification. I wonder
how these alleged christian conservatives would like it if someone shot
their child for doing something stupid?

-------------------------------
Most everyone would feel bad their son was killed. Even if the kid was
in the middle of a robbery at the local stop and rob with a shotgun in
his hands. Does not mean the kid did not deserve to be eliminated from
the gene pool.

The lie is the assertion he makes that anybody thinks "it's ok to shoot
somebody **without any justification**.. I could sit here and say,
"kevin says it's ok to rape little children as long as they don't speak
english"... and would be as dishonest as the silly arguments this kevin
retard makes here...

You stupid little twit! You and others here are asserting that it was
justified because the kid was lurking and in dark clothing. You and
others have also asserted here that if he was committing a crime he got
what he deserved.

However, Connecticut is a Castle Doctrine state not a Stand Your Ground
state. Without the knife, you have a duty to retreat. With the knife,
it's self defense. When you go outside the safety of your home, with a
gun, you run the risk.

Well, it's pretty clear the guy had every legal right to shoot here in
CT based on what we (who actually looked) know so far. Should be a wash
as CT is not a swing state, the DNC doesn't need an election prop here
like in the Florida case...

What if in the near future someone did the same to your kid? We would
then see how justified you think it is.

----------------------

My kids did not sneak out at night and look to be robbing people. They were
raised with morals.

Where do you get the notion that the kid was "robbing people"? As to
morals, it matters not. Kids are kids, and if raised right, have minds
of their own and at that age, sometimes that mind doesn't think
rationally.

the fact the neighbor called saying that someone was trying to break in, the
kid had a knife and was dressed for hiding in the dark, and the fact that
the kid should have been in bed asleep at the time, the dad would not expect
it to be his kid dressed for crime, flashing a knife. You mind does not
seem to work rationally and I figure you are out of your teens.
