I am sure there is more to this story than we know right now. How are you so sure of that? There is always more to the story when you are going from an internet post . I saw a couple of the reports, and watch local news... It just "seems" to me like they are not telling the whole story. Very careful not to mention what the "weapon" was for one thing. Amazing!!! The kid was carrying something so you just to the wild, unfounded conclusion that it was a "weapon". What an insane fool! Are you saying that what the kid was carrying couldn't be considered a weapon? Your hand can be considered a weapon, dumbass. Should I shoot you dead if you are out at night? I love it when you contradict yourself. I never wore a burglar costume when I was a kid. Nowadays cops will shoot you for carrying a plastic gun replica. What I asked, and you failed to answer was that your hand can be a weapon, ie: anything could be called (by stupid people) a weapon, therefore, should I shoot and kill you if you are out at night? OR do you have to be a teenager in order for me to shoot you? Learn one thing, dummy. You can't go around shooting people without justification. But where does this justification stop? It's been said in this thread that someone should be shot and killed for doing... WHAT? ----------------------------- For stupidity maybe. Stupidly being 15 years old, and outside in a burglary outfit when you should be in bed. Then not surrendering when the other person has a bigger weapon than you and does not know it is their son out to pillage the neighbor. |

If this article is to be believed, it was a knife. http://www.courant.com/community/new...new-fairfield- shooting-0928-20120927,0,3870995.story You can die as quickly with a knife wound as you can die with a gun-shot wound. I tire-iron upside the head can kill you instantly. -------------------------- Actually you are more likely to die from a knife wound than a gunshot wound. |

That's just about as unfounded as Scotty's insane bull****. My intuition says Greg's right. Intuition is just another form of dreaming. Maybe in your case, but I like to call it an educated guess. |

![]() Stop playing Dick Tracy. You will be shown the truth by the expert investigators..........................in due time. But Scotty said, and I quote: "The cops said it was a weapon". So he really should be able to show me, wouldn't you think? It's none of your business, is what I think. Well, sure it is, it's to make a point, that you can't believe a thing he says here. He who? |

No repeat offenders. Even if you don't believe in Darwin there's a certain poetic justice to it. Armed with what? A pair of pliers? Did you even bother to read the article or anything related before passing judgment? Sheesh. ---------------------- The report said a knife. As to being shot. Did you go out late at night when you were 15, dressed in black with a black head covering? Looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, probably is a duck. Did not really need a weapon, but something shiny in the hands of a person dressed as a cat burglar in the middle of the night, should be assumed to be a weapon. |

It might take him a few times, but really, are you gonna' answer each and every fake question from him today? I don't give a **** what the local news says, YOU SAID that the *COPS* said it was a weapon, and you lied, again. Who's paying you, Donnie? |

Again, that is what a damned REPORTER said. YOU said that the COPS said he had a weapon. Are you too stupid to understand the difference? Did the reporter lie? |

But...But Looky hasn't finished his cross examination. None needed. I guess you and Scotty and Greg aren't bright enough to understand the difference in what a reporter said and Scotty's assertion that " COP" said he had a weapon. One of these days you're going to choke on nits or loogies. |

A peek at it might reveal certain traits that might have a bearing on the case. It certainly did in the Martin case. Yep, true to FOXites everywhere, tried, convicted, hung without any evidence. Who told you there isn't any evidence? |
