From far away. How credible are these witnesses you hold so highly? Has
the prosecution had a chance to examine and ascertain just what they
know and how they know it? Have they done studies to determine whether
or not from where they were, at night, tell exactly what was going on?

Then show me the real evidence that exonerates Zimmerman, it seems to be
missing.

Zimmerman's statement to the police was basically the same as what the
girlfriend says, before Zimmerman even knew there was a girlfriend.

Do you mean the statement that the police helped Zimmerman conjure up?


Since the police actually wanted to bring charges I doubt they
conjured up anything helpful for Zimmerman
It was the states attorney who said they did not have a case.
Nothing has changed and I still doubt they have a case the state will
win. This is just a knee jerk political move.

Don't confuse him with facts.

Sanford PD never wanted to press charges. They barely looked for
forensic evidence. There is a general to do list at a homicide scene.
Barely anything normally done was done this time.

Fact: Sanford PD didn't follow anywhere near normal investigations of a
homicide.
Fact: Zimmerman stalked Martin
Fact: Zimmerman was a known hostile hot head.

Perhaps you were absent the day they taught civics in civics class.
The defense doesn't have to prove anything. It is up to the
prosecution to prove their case.

I didn't say that the defense has to prove anything. What I asked you to
show me is real evidence that exonerates Zimmerman because it was you
who has said all along that he's innocent.

The defendant is innocent until proved guilty.

Yes, he is, but that doesn't mean that there was cover up by the Sanford
PD.

The state will have to come up with evidence that Zimmerman's story is
not true. They have not shown any so far.

Of course they haven't. The trial hasn't started yet.

There is still a very good chance that this gets tossed at the
immunity hearing and it never gets to a jury.

And there is just as good of a chance that he'll be convicted.

I am not a Romney fan, but then I might be, or not, or so. What day is
it?
Shake up that etch a sketch and let's take another look. He might be
OK this time.

I am really surprised someone has not Google Bombed Romney to the top
hit for "Empty Suit".

Too bad Paris Hilton is not running this time. I am not sure who to
vote for now. ;-)
