Was he charged with anything? Is this just hearsay? The "burglary tool"
in question was a screwdriver. It's a rough neighborhood where he went
to school, it could have been to defend himself. Funny thing, his
parents never heard about the alleged jewelry and "burglary tool"
screwdriver, just the graffiti.

The cops were still investigating when Martin was shot but cops do not
really investigate burglaries. That is why 99% are unsolved.

... and are you saying Martin brought a WEAPON into the school? That
is a felony right there.

Oh and the pot, another felony. (any drugs within 1000' of a school,
zero tolerance, no lower limit)
This kid was dodging bullets, being a small time thug until he ran
into a bullet he couldn't dodge.
With the path he was on he was going to die face down in a pool of
blood, or go to jail. It was just a question of when

If this case gets to the point where they can rebut some statement
about what an angel Martin was I bet a lot more will come out about
his past. The defense certainly will have the chance to show any other
violence in Martin's past to reinforce the idea that he attacked
Zimmerman.

No marks on Martin? The police report says Zimmerman was injured
(bleeding from the nose and back of the head)

I also don't buy this "child" thing.
After all Martin was less than a year away from being able to "join
the army, burn women, kids, houses and villages" (as Arlo would say)

And this has what to do with the case? Age has no meaning here.

It certainly makes the "child" thing less relevant. He was almost a
head taller than Zimmerman and at night, could have been pretty
fearsome. Particularly sitting on him banging his head on the ground.
That is the legal test, "fear"

Bout time somebody made a judgement based on the real evidence we have
available, and not the distorted and edited versions from MSNBC and the
other race baiters who got on to this case dishonestly...

Do you remember before Harry had a bunch of guns, he used to try to
intimidate folks by calling out his height 3 or 4 times a day. Heavy
boned fat guys like him shrink up fast once they reach their 60s. I'll
bet he's right around 6 foot now. With that Elmer Fudd hair do he must
be quite a site to behold.

He most likely has that creepy stalker starting just above the ear comb-
over.
