I didn't say we did, but it's detestable to criticize those who
responded to their call of duty.

I really don't care what you say, anyone involved in Viet Nam in any
fashion is lower than dog ****, and is personally responsible for
killing over a million innocent people.

Including your hero, John Kerry?

A little hypocritical, Harry. Wouldn't you say?

Actually, you don't deserve a response, but I couldn't bypass your hypocrisy.

And once again you are responding to an ID spoofer.

Who cares if we respond to a spoofer. If it looks like a coward, posts

Krause.

No but we're getting closer. Port Jefferson, Long Island for another
day and then we'll recross back to the Connecticut side. It might be
interesting to stop in at Branford Yacht Club and see if they've ever
heard of "Paul". My guess is no.

Sounds like fun. How far north will you go during the season?

=====

Doubtful that we will get north of the Cape this year. Everything
south is a possibility however, most likely some time at the Vineyard
and surrounding areas.

Gee...if you cross the sound heading north, you could pull in at

If I were going to be up there and on a boat, I wouldn't ask you to take
a couple of snapshots... I'll not be in Connecticut until September, and
I won't be on a boat. The photos I want have to be taken from a boat.

Yacht clubs are too tony for me. If I were in the neighborhood, I'd head
for http://www.beachheadct.com/home.html

It's the countries that tolerate the mass murder as much as
whoever the leaders are at a particular time. You can add the United
States to that list.

How does it feel 'being involved' in the mass murder which you support?

I suppose in what passes for your mind, you think those million

invading vietnam, cambodia and thailand and waging war there.

Decisions that were initially made by well known liberal Democrat,
John Fitzgerald Kennedy, and further reinforced by another well known
Democrat named Lyndon Baines Johnson.

Or have you forgotten those facts?

I guess it seemed like a good idea at the time.

So much for your war mongering conservatives theory.

Quite frankly I can't see why you and Tim would even engage Krause in
such a conversation, knowing how he feels about military and honor..
Just sayin'..

The irony of our friend's holier than thou attitude was just a little
too rich to let it go.

Now he's blaming Eisenhower for Vietnam which is amusing to say the
least.

Really, W'hine? Where did I blame Eisenhower for the Vietnam debacle? I
did state the SEATO treaty later gave us an excuse for Vietnam, and that
that treaty came about mainly because of the efforts of the Eisenhower
administration. The key player was Dulles, Eisenhower's secretary of state.

That war was possibly the most shameful in U.S. history up to that point.

What I really find amusing is that Wayne and a couple others are very
quick to filter little ole me out, but they don't have any problem
sparing with you for years. I think they're threatened by me more than
by you. I wonder why?
