Probably more fun than working on alternators... :-)

.... and definitely more fun than varnishing 50+ feet of exterior teak
woodwork, which is what we are doing. That's not counting the transom
which is about 60 sqft by itself.

Tim, what is the cost for a gear drive starter for a 351W? Friend is
looking for one.

Wayne, I'm not sure of the term 351W Unless it's like a 351 Ford
Windsor. and if so a assuming its a boat and maybe twins, are we
talking a standard or reverse rotation?

Gear reduction, maybe?

Replace a standard Winsor starter, standard rotation. Some may want the
reverse rotation.
