I'll be using a 60-quart steamer a neighbor has. Thanks. Yes, if you use a 1 qt pot, it will be more than enough shellfish for all of your friends. Now based upon the size of those fat stubby fingers, you could eat the all the shellfish in a 60qt pot, but it would be better for your health if you didn't. -- Reginald P. Probably cost as much to rent as to buy. Since I use mine mostly for crabs, I have a 90 qt. Model. Was about $60 bucks years ago. I still fry a turkey at times. Very moist and no grease. Yeah, but do I really want another apparatus in the garage? Don't you have a 2000 sq foot garage? |

Hey, thanks...but I just ordered a simpler unit from Bayou something or other. Could have picked it up on Walmart during the weekly trip for office equipment. You could have...I wouldn't have. I don't shop at Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is where you buy your wine, right? -- The modern GOP is little more than an army of moral absolutists led by a gang of moral nihilists.- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Walmart is where you buy your office chairs and probably just about everything else you keep in your butlers quarters (basement)... The Walmart sticker was on the printer. The chair was $700 or so. Get your WAFA lies straight if you are going to post here! |

Try to find one of those old twin burner Coleman Naptha stoves. Would that be big enough? I've used mine for sweet corn lots of times. Problem has already been solved, had enough. What the el is a naptha stove? You've never heard of naptha gas? Explains a lot! I haven't seen it in years. In Connecticut, it used to be called white gas. Different from white gasoline, of course. I believe it was also referred to as Coleman fuel. Gary Coleman? Jims got his mind on young, Dwarf Black boys...... The little ones are all he can handle! That was SCARY dumb! |

Donny who is not afraid to strap on the big boys for a ride. Speaking of big boys. Why is Donny Jr. still living at your house at his age. Put him in the military and by the time he gets out he might be ready to make his own living. Hee hee..unlike the US..people have a choice up here. *If he wanted to join the military, he'd have no problem. At least one cousin was a recruiter. |

Never understood cooking turkey in oil when it is so easy to just roast it in a pan in the oven, and avoid the grease and oil. You can get a meat thermometer with a wireless remote readout. When we do prime rib, or turkey, I put the remote right next to my beer, and it gets looked at often, of course. Casady |

Casady Don't you know that Harry is the brightest person there is and has an alleged mechanical engineering degree? He knows all. His father was even better, he did it all and then some. I think he was buds with the best chemical engineers there was! |
