I haven't seen it in years. In Connecticut, it used to be called white

Gasoline is naptha. White gas[gasoline] meant unleaded, and untaxed,
when all car gas was dyed red [ same as 80 octane avgas ]. Gas
stations had it, often in a 55 gal barrel out back, and used it to
clean parts. People bought it for their stoves and lanterns. Pumps
were labled ' contains lead, for use as motor fuel only '. Leaded
gas[tetraethyl lead if it matters.] also had a bromine compound, to
encourage the lead to go out the tailpipe instead of coating the
pistons, plugs, and valves.

Don't you know that Harry is the brightest person there is and has an
alleged mechanical engineering degree? He knows all. His father was
even better, he did it all and then some. I think he was buds with the
best chemical engineers there was!
