Castro has resigned,,, ok,, how will this effect us.. the sailboat crowd ??

My neighbor's car was nearly demolished by an airplane part that fell out of the sky on it, while parked in his yard! He was very fortunate it wasn't 30' west on impact into his kids' bedroom as they were there when it happened. |
