Any canadian boats (or others) heading to Castro land?

If you happen to be passing by Annapolis, and wouldn't mind
transporting a box of school supplies, I'd love to hook up with you.
We've been to Cuba before the restrictions (2002) became so intense,
but desperately wish to help the people we've seen.

We'd be able to help you talk about routes, etc.
