Default Castro has resigned,,, ok,, how will this effect us.. the sailboat crowd ??

No, it is not. It is however illegal to spend dollars in Cuba under
regulations of the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the US Treasury.
Individuals have been dancing around these regulations in many ways for many
years.
