The real point here is that the way that this law was written and signed into law CLEARY states, without any doubt that your government can take command of your boat just because they believe that you are THINKING of going to Cuba. you can insist that you are not thinking of doing so, but the LAW is not on your side. Doesn't that scare you Dave? It REALLY should. Then again, you seem to be far too concerned with "being right" to take the time to read this law objectively. |
