Actually, they were sitting at the dock when #2 showed up. I can't blame

You know, a sherrifs dept that lacks fund to fight crime so they find alternative sources of revenue. They spend time in marinas looking for expired stickers instead of shutting down the local meth labs, or deterring crime. Joe |
