Yeah, that's not so bad... but it doesn't necessarily mean you'd have won
if you'd gotten a good start. Besides, what's your excuse for being late

Excuse? I don't need a friggin excuse! (Crew member, not even a woman,
needed to use the land toilet, if you can believe it.)
However, boat #2, when finally docked, was approached by

You can think that, but it doesn't mean much. I raced for years with a
boat that wasn't registered at all... legal in our state, but not in
others we travelled to.
What do you think? Should #2 withdraw?
No. State registration has nothing to do with racing.
