Section. 10.

Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or

Confederation;
grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit;

make
any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any
Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of
Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.

Thanks, I forgot that part. A man I knew cited it to claim that drivers
(and other) licenses were "Titles of Nobility" that granted 'privileges' and
were thus unconstitutional. He never won (had a judge agree) but never lost
either (case always thrown out) and kept on driving til he died of old age.

The state has to fear a situation where thee are tens of thousands of
gunshot deaths each year during silly incidents like road rage, and
arguments over fences, dogs and cats.

Jeeze, is it like that in Oz? I never imagined!! Certainly not like that
here.

You need the press to publicise the fact that there are 30,000 gun

Where on earth did you got that number? Please cite your source.

I already posted a source for that. It does require about 10 seconds of
work to access the database.

You're confusing "gun deaths" with "homicide." The majority of gun
deaths in the US are suicides.

****ing toy. You've just shown that you know nothing about guns.

LOL. I've forgotten more about guns than you've ever known. Don't even
go
there.

Heh Heh Heh. Have you already forgotten that I was once one of the
biggest arms dealers in North America? I know more about military
weapons than you can ever dream.

Nope, haven't forgotten that, because I never knew it in the first place.
You must be 'Don' of "Don's Guns" in Indianapolis. He was the largest at
one time. Actually I think he's serving time at gummint expense these days.

You probably do know more about military arms that I. That doesn't alter
the fact that you are dead wrong about my knowledge of firearms.

Roughly 30,000 gun deaths. More than half are suicide, followed by
homicide and then accidents. "Legal interventions" are a tiny

fraction.

If we look at age, 158 kids, 16 and under, died in 2002 in bicycle
accidents. 977 children died from firearms.

Sad isn't it, over 17,000 people who blew their brains out because
they were depressed and a gun was al too handy.

Sad indeed, it would have been much better if they had used a knife,
or a rope, or overdosed on drugs, or sucked a car tailpipe, or, well,
anything but a gun.

Yep, at least with a knife, rope, drug,or exhaust, you have the
opportunity to change you mind and call for help.

You can change your mind while swinging from a rope, but it won't help
any.
