No, that's Peter Wiley and the rest of the Tasmanians

Peter's got a pointy head???? I would think it would have flattened out
when he fell off the roof onto it last month....

A cruel Oz joke relating to the small population and the
inbreeding of the Isle of Tasmania. One has to assume that
Peter, having fled Sydney for Tasmania, ahs embraced all the
special features of the locality...
