As he's already in Oz, I assume you meant Oz as in crackerbox. Exactly what I was going to say! OK. Being a kind and reasonable person, I'm forced to admit that you're right, and I was being unnecessarily cruel in my comments, and that your move to Tasmania _has_ improved the local gene pool significantly, as well as improving Sydney's. Isn't it wonderful that there are still a few places where even a low achiever can make a significant mark? South Australians. Live at the end of Oz's cloaca. One must make allowances. Yep. I have 3 bright kids still living in Sydney so you're 100% correct, I've improved both gene pools! Not quite the way you meant, of course, and you could have had the decency to acknowledge a paraphrase of Piggy Muldoon. Isn't it wonderful that there are still a few places where even a low achiever can make a significant mark? Absolutely! If I can't make it here, I'll just have to move to SA where the standards are even lower. After that, I'm afraid the next (last) stop would be NZ. Oz is planning on skipping the intermediate rungs... BTW purebred Tasmanians don't have pointy heads, they have 2 heads. My boss is a prime example. In his case, 2 heads aren't better than one tho, or a) he never would have employed me and b) he never would have given up his last job (which I now have). South Australians. It only needs to be a little thicker and you could farm it. PDW |

Normally when I am aware of such, I take care to quote ("xxx"). In this case, I suspect parallel evolution in language: an obvious derivation which is made in multiple cases, not necessarily connected. Ah well.
