Default What a USCG Master's license is good for?

Wasn't a "diatribe".
It was a basic discussion/dissertation of facts.
The fact that you can't argue with it, says that you may have some
intelligence, after all.
As for your "credibility" .... well .... let's say that in some areas,
you have some, but in those areas that will elicit a response from me,
you have little or none.
