My understanding is :

Neal does NOT need a sail endorsement for his (6 passenger) charters
on Mustard

Sail Endorsements are Required when operating INSPECTED Sailing
vessels.

doesn't matter if its sail aux or pure sail,

Operators of uninspected (sailing) vessels are not required to have
the sail/aux endorsement.



EG We knew that, but were having such fun watching Neal squirm, regarding his
25 ton license, where it did apply, and where he was basing all his claims to
fame.
