Howdy Harry. As it turns out, my next eldest sibling is a very
successful plaintiff lawyer. She’s here for a few days and has
reviewed your statements in “camacdonald is on a list of felons
convicted of crimes involving minors”, etc. She is enthusiastic, even
zealous, about filing a damage action and says that now that we know
exactly where you live, service of process for the action and the
subsequent subpoena for deposition will be no problem. It’ll be fun!
Putting you under oath and taking your deposition. What more could
you ask for! And she says that since the deposition will be a matter
of public record, I could post it to the Internet. Hot damn, I can’t
wait!

Get a hold of Gene K, he has set up a crap free server.. It has been
pretty calm here since he opened it up as the trolls don't want to be
ignored but if it gets crazy, you can just switch over. When I log
into it with agent, I don't see much if any of this crap, then you
don't have to worry about it..

Gene's news server doesn't filter what is posted outside of it. WAFA's
done.

Some people would make Harry dance just for fun! It's about time, he's
slandered and defamed anybody and everybody who would dare call him
out on his hundreds of lies.- Hide quoted text -

And she said she would do an asset search Monday morning. Do you
think she'll find the lobster boat?

Of course not. She may not even find that 1/2 interest in a canoe.

James, I'm bragging on family here, so I apologize. But my sister is
very tenacious (especially where family is concerned) and an excellent
plaintiff lawyer. She'll have The Fat One gnawing off his fingernails
like a maniac.

Then your sister is not as well versed in this area as you think.

1. You willingly participated in a public forum. That greatly
diminishes your protection under the laws.

2. You posted a great deal of subjective material yourself. A judge
can not rule upon any of this as a matter of fact. That means jury
trial.

3. Historically there is practically no successes for these sort of
cases in spite of the fact that the internet and usenet in particular
is rampant with this behavior.

4. If you even manage to win a case you would then have to prove real
damages. Personal feelings don't count. You need to show how this
has cost you money.

5. Losing such a case would in fact leave you open to counter claims
that would include real expenses incurred by the other party. You
could find yourself having to pay for his lawyer.

Now has you sister informed you of all this? Tenacious has nothing to
do with it. It would take very little effort on the other party to
cause your sister to run up a great deal of time invested in a case
that is almost certainly unwinable.

This guy is just blowing smoke. Harry is a very private person. No way
could anyone here get his address or phone number without paying for it.

A simple ISP subpoena will take care of that.

You know, that brings up a question that I have that nobody seems to be
able to answer in a way that adds up. Of course, I'm just a simple
country boy who doesn't know much about high finance, so maybe you can
explain it to me.

Medicare is just about to the point where it spends out more than it
takes in, and Baby Boomers like me are going to break Social Security by
the time we all retire if something drastic isn't done - and soon.
Medicare could be called a sort of "universal health care" for the aged
and the disabled. My question is simple: If the US taxpayers can't
afford to provide health care to the aged and disabled, how the hell can
we afford to provide it for EVERYBODY? And how can we do it while
simultaneously balancing the budget, restoring the economy, defending
the country, and switching everybody to more expensive "green" energy?

Stopping the war might be enough to balance the budget, but it won't do
the rest, too. Taxing the profits of oil companies until they all go
bankrupt would be bad for the economy, and taxing just the rich won't
help because they don't have enough money. Most of the money in this
country is held by the middle class. Cutting government waste would
help, but you'd have to cut ALL of the pet projects, not just the ones
of the minority party, and that'll never happen, no matter which party
is in power.

So what is the Liberal Democrat solution? And I don't want to hear about
all the things the Republicans have done wrong - I want to hear about
what YOU'D DO. And those of you who are Conservatives, what would YOU
do? I've asked these questions of several political animals, of several
parties, and nobody's given me a straight answer that made any sense
yet. Can any of you be the first?

WAFA claims to know exactly who he is.

I'm posting under my own name. So Harry has to prove his statements
accurate, and he will be given as much time as he needs, under oath,
to do so. If he can't prove the statements accurate, then it's liable
of a real person.

Ask your seeeeeester to email me, and I'll be glad to provide her with
the copies of the 200+ lies you've told about me here, and then ask her
what your chances are with two or three posts of mine, expecially since
the first one you're bitching about stated I was making it up, to show
you that, just as you made lies about me, I could make up lies about you.

Better still, put on your sleep mask and breathe deeply.
