It’ll be fun! Putting you under oath and taking your deposition. What more could you ask for! And she says that since the deposition will be a matter of public record, I could post it to the Internet. Hot damn, I can’t wait! Hummm, this will be interesting. Would your sibling be interested in a guy (TB) who called me a child molester several times? I saved the posts, just in case... Do they work in CT? You ought to be spending your time trying to find medical care and a way to get your needed prescriptions at a price you can afford, instead of drooling into rec.boats. To be paid for damages there have to be some. Nobody gives a **** what is posted on USENET, at least not at this forum. Casady |

You know, that brings up a question that I have that nobody seems to be able to answer in a way that adds up. Of course, I'm just a simple country boy who doesn't know much about high finance, so maybe you can explain it to me. Medicare is just about to the point where it spends out more than it takes in, and Baby Boomers like me are going to break Social Security by the time we all retire if something drastic isn't done - and soon. Medicare could be called a sort of "universal health care" for the aged and the disabled. My question is simple: If the US taxpayers can't afford to provide health care to the aged and disabled, how the hell can we afford to provide it for EVERYBODY? And how can we do it while simultaneously balancing the budget, restoring the economy, defending the country, and switching everybody to more expensive "green" energy? Stopping the war might be enough to balance the budget, but it won't do the rest, too. Taxing the profits of oil companies until they all go bankrupt would be bad for the economy, and taxing just the rich won't help because they don't have enough money. Most of the money in this country is held by the middle class. Cutting government waste would help, but you'd have to cut ALL of the pet projects, not just the ones of the minority party, and that'll never happen, no matter which party is in power. So what is the Liberal Democrat solution? And I don't want to hear about all the things the Republicans have done wrong - I want to hear about what YOU'D DO. And those of you who are Conservatives, what would YOU do? I've asked these questions of several political animals, of several parties, and nobody's given me a straight answer that made any sense yet. Can any of you be the first? TJ |

TJ Giving everyone $1000 is a good start towards fixing those problems. If, after that, the problems still exist, Obama will probably give everyone $2000. For sure, the problems will go away then. -- ** Good Day! ** John H |
