Sony product. Do a web search on their quality control, customer
service, etc. At one time, Sony was right at the top, no longer. YMMV.

Yup. I'm not going to argue with her! What she wants is something she can
take to scrapbooking events. She'll want a printer next, so she can print
whatever photos she wants right on the spot.
